We started as a small, custom catering business grown entirely through referrals and word of mouth. Today, Brown Chicken Brown Cow has evolved into a full-service catering company and BCBC on the Mooove, our beloved food truck, without ever losing what made us special in the first place.

BCBC on the Mooove brings four crave-worthy smash burgers and a rotating Burger of the Moment straight to you. We serve full meals for one great price—made to order, served fast, and always with a smile. You’ll find our food truck at local breweries, pop-ups, and community events across the Twin Cities and West Metro.
